Celebrate a special occassion or simply treat yourself to our all-inclusive luxury Culinary & Wine Experience, the Chefs Tables.
Pre-set menu of 5-course paired with French wines only. Also, back by poular demand – our beautiful caviar tasting (as an add-on).
Wine, terroir & vineyard stories by Thomas Fraley. Table-side service and fun food stories with Chef Missy.
Chef Tables inlcude cotton linens, china, stemware, hotel silver, flowers, music, candles and your personal server. Our Chef Tables are extremely popular and book months in advance.
We cellar wine. Upgrades to premier & grand crus available.

The perfect large friends or family getway weekend. No planning, shopping and unloading or cleaning.
All organic. Full fat butter. No soy & No oils. All menus & recipes are wheat-free & gluten-free. Bread on side.
No catering. We do not drop-off prepared foods. Everything made from scratch on-site (except dessert).
The Famly Style Dinner does not include beverages.

Whether it’s an engagement event or simply kicking-off the mountain or beach season, we dress to impress.
Includes: flowers & votive candles for bar, Server, bartender and clean-Up.
Full bar set-up includes: well liquors, French white & red wine, French bubbly, ice, all glassware, fruit, olives, nuts, organic mixers & cocktail napkins. Also includes large champagne globe – so fun!
Table set-up inlcudes: heavy hors d’oeuvre, small plates, forks, cotton table cloths, porcelain platters or chaffers.
Wedding Weekend

We specialize in the intimate but gorgeous and memorable all-inclusive weddings. Chef Missy, The French Magnolia and husband Thomas Fraley have been imparting wedding wisdom and delivering gourmet wedding cuisine & experiences for many years.
Kick-off your wedding weekend with a casual family style rehearsal dinner followed by an elegant chefs table reception the following day.
The all-inclusive luxury French Magnolia Wedding includes the following:
post-ceremony bar set-up with gourmet nibbles. Wine, bubbly & beer only.
our FM brand luxury table: cotton linens, chargers, china, all stemeware, drippless candles, votives, full menu & wine paired with each course.
2 or 3-tier custom wedding cake with many flavor profiles. We save the top tier to freeze for your one-year anniversay.
1 bouquet, 1 boutiniere, fresh flowers for the table and the wedding cake. We only use top shelf flowers – roses, hygrandeous, sometimes peonies & greenery. No baby’s breath or carnations. Lanterns, candles & greenery for the bar.
You can add garlands and additional bouquets/boutonnieres.
Get A Nutritionist Too!
Hire Personal Chef Missy and get a Nutritionist too! In addition to being an executive chef, Chef Missy also has a 2-year degree in holistic nutrition. An additional luxury is having a professional chef and nutritionist craft menus and recipes around your personal flavor profiles, food intolerances & dietaries preferences.

We recently had Chef Missy & Thomas cook for us when we were in Beech Mountain, NC. We were visiting with 2 other families and the adults wanted to be able to relax and enjoy our time without worrying about cooking, cleaning, shopping, etc!
Chef Missy prepared an incredible family style meal on Monday evening and while we were enjoying our dessert she prepared breakfast for the following morning. The breakfast that she prepared was equally as amazing as the dinner!
Then, on Wednesday evening Chef Missy and her husband Thomas did a Chefs Table, 5-course plate-up for us with wine pairings. THIS was amazing. First of all, they set the table in a way that was consistent with a 5-star restaurant. The table had candles, fresh flowers, the works!
Then, dinner was OVER THE TOP incredible. My fish was honestly of the best dishes I’ve ever had. She used all organic ingredients and the attention to detail is not something that you see often. Thomas told us about each wine that he was serving with her dishes and it was just such a fun experience!

I met the ah-mazing Chef Missy last week at a retreat in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. Every night all 14 of us could taste the love in her delicious food that was–(get ready)–dairy-free, nut-free, shade-free, gluten-free, paleo (I know there’s more!). Plus, I was vegetarian so Chef Missy made sure I was taken care of, too. Although, I will admit that I was tempted to try a bit of the coconut cream chicken everyone was raving about 🤔. Oh–and the desserts~especially her paleo chocolate cake with homemade whipped cream and berries–unbelievable.
I highly recommend you check her out for whatever gathering you’re planning. She travels to share her gifts now, too!

I recently hired Missy to do a 5 course special birthday dinner for my 60th birthday (for seven adult family members) while visiting Banner Elk, NC for a long birthday weekend celebration. Missy was very, very quick to respond to my request for information and she subsequently set a time for us to discuss details over the phone.
Later, I decided to make a few changes to the menu and she was very receptive to adjusting it to meet our needs. Each course was absolutely delicious and she puts a lot of time into each dish, making sure the ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.
Her husband, Thomas, is a trained sommelier and provided some of the wine pairings for our evening. All superb. Both of them taught us a few things- both about cooking and wine- that we enjoyed learning, but at the same time, gave us our space to enjoy the event as a family.
They knew when to appear! They tended to every detail including setting the table and bringing some flowers along and I, the birthday girl, did not have to lift a finger! It was a truly memorable and exceptional birthday dinner prepared in our lovely mountain home rental- we were able to enjoy our accommodations while they prepared our meal. It does not get any easier than that!
The creativity of the menu was fabulous, the food was simply fresh and delicious, and every detail was attended to- including all the candles on my chocolate torte (with fresh amaretto whipped cream and raspberries). I highly recommend Missy and Thomas. You won’t be disappointed!

How To Hire Chef Missy
STEP 1: One person is the primary contact person with Chef Missy. After a conversation about event details, a menu is shared.
STEP 2: When you are ready to book, you will receive a detailed invoice via PayPal. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date. You will see a flat-rate travel fee & 20% tip on your invoice. Until a deposit is received, your event is not booked.
STEP 3: When the deposit has been received, your event will be reflected on our hard culinary calendar. At this point, your culinary event & date has been secured.
STEP 4: Approximately 12 to 14 days prior to the event, another invoice will be sent for the balance due. Once your balance has been paid, there are no refunds. If you cancel, for any reason, there are no refunds.

Policy Questions & Answers
How Do I Tip?
20% of the total bill is added to the final invoice. Clients often give us a little something extra at the end of an event, but it is not expected.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel the event before the final payment is made, then you only forfeit your non-refundable deposit. Once the final payment is made, which is due 14-days before the event, there are no money refunds.
If an event is cancelled due to weather, road conditions, accessibility, quarantines, extreme illness or a death in the group, the culinary event is moved to a different date within 90 days of the event (given our availability).
Your re-scheduled culinary event does not have to be at the same location. However, we (the company) must be able to travel to the new location by car and within our standard business travel distance. Additional fees may apply based on distance.
If you (the host) cancel for any reason, you (the host) have 90 days to re-schedule the culinary event. If you (the host) have cancelled, the product and prep must be re-purchased for the entire culinary event.
If the company has to cancel for any reason, then we (the company) will pay for the food to be re-purchased and re-prepped.
Is a Dinner Server Offered?
Yes, for parties of 6 or more a server/wine steward accompanies Chef Missy for the event.
Do I Need My Own Plates & Wine Glasses?
For the Chef’s Table, we provide all chargers, china, 100% cotton linens, wine glasses, water glasses, silver flatware and candle votives.
