The French Magnolia Wedding

The Experience Planning Process

Our process is simple and personal.

  1. Share the basics
Tell us about your date, guest count, location, wedding venue if selected, and whether you are planning an intimate wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, or both.
  2. We review fit and availability
We take on a limited number of events so each one receives proper attention. If your date, setting, and guest experience goals align with what we do best, we continue the conversation.
  3. We shape the direction
From there, we talk through the atmosphere, service style, flow of the event, and what kind of table makes the most sense for your wedding.
  4. We create the dining experience
The goal is not simply to feed guests. It is to create a wedding meal that feels aligned with the heart of the day.

Inquiry Form

Use the form below to tell us a little about what you are planning. You do not need to have every detail finalized yet.

A thoughtful overview of your date, guest count, location, wedding venue, and the kind of gathering you have in mind will help us review fit and availability with care.

If it looks like a strong fit, we’ll continue the conversation from there.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll be in touch to learn more about your vision, answer questions, and confirm availability. From there, we’ll guide you through menu direction, wine pairings, and logistics—so the planning feels as effortless as the event itself.
