The Experience Planning Process

Our process is simple and personal.

1. Share the basics
Tell us your date, approximate guest count, location, wedding venue if selected, and whether you are planning an intimate wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, welcome dinner, or wedding weekend.

2. We review fit and availability
Thomas and I take on a limited number of celebrations so each one receives the attention it deserves. We will personally review your date, setting, guest count, and what you are hoping to create before continuing the conversation.

3. We shape the direction
From there, we talk through the atmosphere, service style, flow of the event, and the kind of dining experience that makes the most sense for your wedding.

4. We create the experience around your table
I begin shaping the menu and culinary direction while Thomas brings wine, service, pacing, and hospitality into the same conversation.

The goal is not simply to feed your guests.

It is to create a wedding dinner that feels connected to the heart of the day.
